Google reCAPTCHA protects the contact and appointment forms from automated abuse. When you submit one of those forms, Google receives a verification token and your IP address. Google's own privacy policy and terms govern that processing.
Google Analytics tells us which pages are visited and how people arrive. It does not receive anything you type into a form.
Klaviyo stores your email address if — and only if — you opt in to the newsletter. Every newsletter email includes an unsubscribe link.
Our email provider delivers the confirmation and notification messages your enquiry generates. We keep a delivery log for those messages, which includes a short preview of their contents.
